Do you remember the moment you could be real you, and happy? |
This is the picture Nini took when I was still in Germany, his hometown.
Right at the moment I saw this picture, i fell in love with it...uh...I'm not a narcissist.
I just really liked the smile of mine in this picture.
Are you in the situation that people JUDGE about your relationship?
The time there, was the moment I could be real me.
Not just because of my boyfriend, but also the fact that...culture.
Well, in Taiwan, people like to stare (or peek) and then judge you, ranging from what you wear,
your style, almost everything about your appearance.
Yes, I know I can just ignore it.
No, it's not how most of people in Taiwan will think/feel/do.
We CARE too much about what people think, say, feel, and forget to CARE about ourselves more,
both the one who judges or the one being judged.
But when I was in Germany, I experienced the FREEDOM i had never had.
I could have whatever style I want, the lip-stick color whatever I like, and of course dress up myself in the way I feel happy about.
I could feel stress-less to kiss/hug my Nini in public, while in Taiwan, I felt so stressed and felt like i couldn't breathe.
I felt people was staring at me. (Note: not a narcissist!! let me explain for you.)
In Taiwan, many people judge the girls whose partners are foreigners.
People think they just want big cock / people think they just wanna "show off."
Ok, I'm sure there are really some girls are like that.
Or they're just so "innocent" that even believe every foreigner is nice, romantic, faithful partner...
ja right.... I don't even understand why they will still believe in that when there has been a lot of cruel TRUTH on TV about this.
Some of the girls will STICK to the foreigners, no matter the guy probably has already shown the bad (real side) of himself.
They try to find a foreigner partner as possible as they can.
From internet (normal. I DID the online friend-making stuff too, that was the place I met Nini. And we both don't regret.), traveling, or even pub/bar...
It's like like you won't be able to fine your TRUE love in the place you drink, but it's the point how the girls respond when those guys already show "hey, chick, I just wanna bang you. No love, ok?" And they still believe the boys love them so bad........
(One of my friend's boyfriend is someone she met in the pub, and they're really a REAL couple. I hope you know what I meant?)
Back to the topic, I have my real relax moment there in Germany.
Even Nini realized that, too.
He said: "When you're in Taiwan, you looked so unhappy whenever we were in public. And you felt so stressed. But when you're here, you look happier and... more REAL-YOU. And I'm happy about that :)"
How about you?
How was your moment of being yourself and feeling so darn happy and relax?
Have a nice weekend and enjoy the haapiness in your life :)
